Yay me! I'm back! *does happy dance*

There's nothing to talk about, so we talk about there being nothing to talk about. Boy does that bring back memories! Of course, it all led to very odd conversations, sometimes about balls. (Get your minds out of the gutter!)

*sigh* This is why I don't drink alcohol...

By talking about there being nothing to talk about, we have started a discussion about there being nothing to discuss!! ... how ironic.

That is all I will say.

P.S. I am so wired on Red Bull right now... :*)

Perhaps we can have something interesting to talk about soon.

Does this color work better than the dark blue I usually use? It was kind of hard to read so I thought I'd try something else.

I always assumed navels were just something the animators put in. Either as an easter egg or they just didn't realize that beings that hatch from eggs probably shouldn't have navels.
But a biology explanation would probably be that that's where the yolk is attached in the egg.

White> I'm not sure, but I think Greg stated that gargoyles have a chameleon-like trait where they physically imitate other animals and incoprorate them into their physical appearance. Christine Morgan added to this in her fanfics by using retroviruses as a means. This is why the London Clan appears like a mix of animals and why gargoyles seem to have a mix of reptile and mammalian traits. As to why Gargoyles would have "navels" or not, or nipples or not, if they did indeed incorporate traits from other species, it would stand to reason they would eventually keep the best parts through natural selection. A male does not need nipples as a female does for nursing so they could have evolved them out. Gargoyles do not have navels because they hatch from eggs, which do not require an umbilical cord. Of course, hybrids are another matter...

Hi hi all :)
I have this silly question I really wanted to ask other fans, those that have been sticking around at Mug-a-Guest more than me and such.
In a certain chatroom we have this really nasty debate on garg biology because, heck, we all love to draw don't we? And we love to be accurate.
I -know- that gargs breast feed but still, with Disney style clean drawing it's a wonder if male gargs should have nipples or not. So SHOULD THEY? I usually give them some but I could be wrong there
Also, they come from eggs so they shouldn't have a navel, though egg critters do have a certain kind of umbelical cord. So again that's the big question, should they have a navel or not?
>.> Wee... mystery to me.

Greetings all...

I wanted to share this with those that know me... this morning, at 7:50am EST, I became an Uncle for the second time, when my sister gave birth to her new daughter, Suzan Elizabeth... 7lbs 1oz, 19inches long and she came into the world screaming with a head of curly black hair! ^_^

We have the first pictures back taken of her, and I wanted everyone to see my new niece:
