Greg, I was reading you're welcome letter and I noticed a mistake in it...you said you were the creator and producer Gargoyles, but you misspelled producer, you have "produser". Just thought you should know.

Greg responds...

Thanks. I noticed that long ago -- but I don't know how to fix it. I also don't think I mispelled it (though it's certainly possible). Gore, was that me or you?

OK, this is nothing, but why is the server's time on my last message read 6:29, when it is 10:00 here? It has always usually been accurate to my clock in previous posts. Even if there's a time zone differential, it's a half-hour ahead.

Greg responds...

Man, are you askin' the wrong guy.

Gore, you out there?

(Didn't think so.)

I've been wondering recently if it might not be a bad idea to put up an "Ask Greg" FAQ page on this site. It's struck me for a while now that you seem to be getting many of the same questions over and over (such as the whole business of why you left after Season Two or if "Gargoyles" will ever get brought back), and this page could be a good way of dealing with that. What do you think?

Greg responds...

I'm all for it. But how do we build it?

matt told me that the garg off to the right on the latest responses page (holding the surfboard) is of Brooklyn, which I sort of can make out better now (considering that I first thought that it was your drawing of your garg-self when I first found this site). Anyways, what is the deal with the thing on his shirt?

(Stupid question, I'm expecting a smart-ass response to this)

Greg responds...

No smart ass answer. No answer at all, actually. I didn't design the site. Gorebash did. You'd have to ask him.

I thought I'd never get through the February 2001 questions.

Greg, about what Titania whispered to Fox: you know what she said, right? so if we just started asking you "Did Titania say:......." it wouldn't be considered submiting ideas, right?

Greg responds...

Yes. It would.

The fact that I know already, changes nothing. I can't prove that I know already.

And if one of you should guess right, than that person could get pissed if he or she thinks I stole the line.

Not that I mind separate posts for separate topics, but doesn't that amount to more questions, take up more of your time, and ultimately make the privilege you offer us harder to make possible?

(Not to mention that a few of us look especially answer-hungry? :)

Greg responds...

It doesn't significantly take up any more time. The time is spent answering questions, not clicking on posts.

And having separate topics on the same post, creates numerous problems.

1. makes for exhaustingly long answers.

2. And difficulty in archiving.

3. Hard to fit questions on my screen.

4. Hard to just sit down and answer a couple questions when I have a spare moment.

5. Logjams.

Greg, who is "matt"? Do you know him personally? "matt", if you're reading this, why do ask Greg so many questions? I hate to be the backseat driver here, but must you require a logical explanation for everything? Mr. Spock would think so, but geez man...

Oh, yes, and Gorebash, I know you will read this...I might be the only person just to ask how do you handle all these questions? You must be damn good at your job! Keep up the good work. I hope this gets posted. (Elvis has left the building...)

Greg responds...

I don't know matt personally. But he's entitled to ask as many questions as he wants. I'm entitled to dodge as many as I feel like. Why?

Gorebash, I believe, has largely turned over the responsibility of reviewing questions to Todd Jensen. Todd does a great job at keeping up. Better than me.
