Just watched Agendas. Maggie Q was exceptional as Wonder Woman. For the first time I got a real feeling that she is a real respected member of the Trinity. In other JL cartoons she always feels outside the boysclub of Superman and Batman. Thank you for that. I loved seeing how close she and Superman appear to be and how she supports his choice of nominee when Green Arrow was kind of mocking him and how she lays into Batman too. The superboy and match encounter wow. And Lex reveal. Oooohhh boy. You amped up the drama even more. It's bad enough they took Superman's dna without his consent but they mixed it with Lex's??? How will Clark deal with that one I wonder? Anyway brilliant job on this one. 10 out of 10.

Thank you!

A few questions about Hawkman
1. how old is he in thangarian years?
2. where he and Hawkwoman ever reincarnated?(or is that a just the comics thing)
3. Are his wings real?,if so does he use Nth metal weapons?, if so that would explain how his mace chopped that plant vine in episode 14, by "cutting through" the magic energy Wotan empowered the plant with.

Greg responds...

1. Don't know.

2. Probably, but it's not part of their backstory as far as they know.

3. As opposed to an illusion?

3a. He does use Nth Metal weapons.

a few more questions
1.Was Nathan really introduced to his children at the end of issue 10?
2. has he been wearing his air force uniform everday since he was transformed?(i mean it's kinda hard for a guy who's supposed to be dead to go to the mall for clothes, plus would'nt it have been taken away in prison)
and 3. If Captain Marvel stays in the league will they make a transport designation for Billy? in fact how did he transport before misplaced, i mean you think someone would notice their local hero regularly flying into a small alley and disapering?
and 4. who is older Orm, or Aquaman, (in most continuities Orm became Ocean-master out of jeleousy his YOUNGER,half-breed brother became king instead of him)speaking of is this Aquaman pure atlantean(i personally don't care but it seems worth knowing based on the current comic arc)

Greg responds...

1. It's Nate or Nathaniel. Not Nathan. But, yes.

2. No. He's had plenty of opportunities to get new clothes since then. And he has a secret identity, Cameron Scott, for when he's not Captain Atom.

3. Yes.

3a. You could argue that for any or all of our heroes.

4. Orin is older than Orm on Earth-16.

4a. ASKED AND ANSWERED.

Hey I just watched Agendas and I just love Maggie Q's voice as Wonder Woman:
1. Who did Hawkwoman's voice?
2. Can Match talk or does he just choice not to?
3. Did Robin do Thanksgiving without, Batman or was he just waiting for him to get done with, league business?
4. Does Kaldur celebrate Thanksgiving?

Greg responds...

1. Well, we haven't really cast Hawkwoman officially, and I'm afraid I don't have my files accessible right now to CONFIRM who voiced her, but I think it was Danica.

2. He doesn't currently have the capabilities to talk, but he has the vocal cords to do it, if that's what you're asking.

3. Ultimately, Bruce, Dick and Alfred had Thanksgiving together.

4. Not really.

Hi, this is from yet another new fan of Young Justice. :) I just want to ask about a line Artemis said in "Bereft" about how she's "seen Kid Flash on the news." Sorry if this seems waaay out of proportion, but I just want to know if Artemis ever had a TV crush on Kid Flash before she actually met him? For some reason her mentioning seeing Kid Flash on the news seemed to suggest that...But then again plenty of people see him on the news, don't they? ...Hmmm...

Greg responds...

I don't think the FACT that she saw him on the news means she had a crush on him. But she could have indeed been curious about him. He's a young hero about her age. That's something that she would have been interested in - maybe even fantasized about - as she dreamed of being a hero herself (and not a criminal like her parents).

Hey greg I have noticed that you dislike hypoteticals of "who would win in a fight with x" and of comparisions in general That's something I admire of your style.

But my questions is, what If you were left in charge of a show that does rely on such coparisions=

Supposing you were in charge of a show like Dragon ballz would you be bothered the hypoteticals and charcter's power leveles on your writting given that those are a big deal on those kind of shows?.

Greg responds...

I'm not familiar with DragonBallZ, but if who can beat who is part of a STORY then it's not hypothetical.

Hey greg what's up I love your work and I am big fan of how awesome you are as a writter so I would like to ask you the following?

1.-What would you advice to aspring storytellers?

2.-In your opinion wht makes/how do you create an interesting character?

3.- What in your opinon makes a good villain

4.- What in your opinion makes a good plot?

5.-If you could advice something to your ast self regarding stprytelling what would you do?

Thanks for your time. You are a big inspiration

Greg responds...

1. I'm going to direct you to the archives, as I've answered this many times before, and nothing's changed about the kind of advice I'd give.

2. I believe they exist as fully as possible. I create backstories for them, whether or not those backstories will be revealed on screen or on the page. I make them real to me.

3. See the answer to question 2 and add one factor: Opposition to the villain. Again, check the archives, as I've discussed my theories of opposition before, particularly with regard to the villains of Gargoyles and Batman.

4. Characters make a good plot.

5. I'm not sure I understand the question.

You said in one post that there were a few individuals who know the identities of all the members of The Light, but those individuals could be counted on one hand. I think it's safe to say that Sportsmaster and Riddler are among those individuals.

1. Did Dr. Desmond ever know the identities of any of the members of The Light?

2. If so, did he know all of them or some of them?

3. If that is the case, did turning into Blockbuster make him lose that knowledge or not? (i.e., does he still know?)

Greg responds...

1. He knew Luthor's identity.

2. See above.

3. It's subject to interpretation just how much of his mind remains.

If this double posts I'm sorry, whoever the admin is can remove this only if it is a double post.

I saw your answers to my questions, or one of them anyway, but I also noticed that I left out the second question.

The companion comics have a date of say April '12 on them (issue 12) but that comic came out in January '12. Was this intentional or were the comics finished sooner than expected? I was waiting for the questions to open back up to ask this, and when asked, I messed up and left out my question.

I've noticed this trend when looking at the page on the comic website I order from. I may be wrong, I don't know.

One added thing, I noticed looking at the comic site, that Issue 14 has a different look than 1-13, any reason why the change in the way you display the issue number.

Greg responds...

I've never really understood why comics' cover dates don't ACTUALLY reflect the dates they come out. (For example, it's currently July as I write this but our "September" issue just hit the shops, stands, etc.) But it's a fairly universal thing. Not at all specific to YJ.

i was looking through the archives and inferred that you don't plan on ever giving superman OR superboy cold-breath.

THANKYOU!!!!

Greg responds...

You're welcome. (But you don't have to infer anything, as I flat out stated it.)
