Couple questions regarding Wonder Woman in Young Justice:
1.) You said previously that you can't age while on Themyscara, but if Diana was sculpted from clay as a baby how did she age to being 16 by the time she left the island in 1941?
2.) Was Hippolyta the only one that was involved in Diana's sculpting from clay or were others involved?
3.) Were all the amazons sculpted from clay or just Diana?
4.) Did the gods bestow Diana with her powers at birth, or did she receive them later in her life?
5.) Why did she decide to return to mans world again in 2001?

Greg responds...

1. No Spoilers.

2. No Spoilers.

3. For the most part, the other Amazons were other Amazons. Otherwise, I won't confirm or deny whether or not Diana was the only one sculpted.

4. At birth.

5. No Spoilers.

Just got done reading your first book and really enjoyed it. Just got the second book on kindle and will start reading it soon. I hope you are able to turn this into a movie or animated program at some point. The first book would make an awesome movie In my opinion.THis book seems to have Guillermo del Toro written all over it.

I was wondering what type of advertising you are doing for the book and what have found to be the most useful in getting the word out?

I was wondering about the possibility of you ever doing any gargoyles novels.I can not wait to see the story line continued in some form or other. I felt like I was just reading the tip of the ice berg or cool stories. I do not know how feasible that would be,but I would love to read more gargoyles related stories from you in any format.

Greg responds...

I'm glad you like Rain of the Ghosts. A short review on Amazon would help me out, I'm told.

Let me know what you think of Spirits of Ash and Foam, once you've read it.

I'd love to do a movie or show based on the Rain series, but so far no one has been interested.

I've used social media and done multiple, multiple interviews (print, online, even good old radio) to promote the book. I can't say anything has been all that effective, unfortunately.

Perhaps the Rain of the Ghosts AudioPlay (currently available for purchase and download at Gumroad.com/RainoftheGhosts) will bring more attention to the property as a whole.

I'd also love to do Gargoyles' novels. But that's not up to me. I don't own Gargoyles.

Hello,

this it to clarify. According to some fans, Tula was a b*** because she betrayed Kaldur for his best friend, and Garth betrayed his best friend because he started dating Tula even though he knew Kaldur was in love with her.

According to some other fans, Tula had never been Kaldur's girlfriend so she didn't cheat, and neither Garth, nor Tula knew Kaldur had feelings for her so no one did anything really horrible.

Please, what really happened?

Greg responds...

Tula was NEVER Kaldur's girlfriend. EVER. He never approached her, never revealed his feelings as being more than platonic until "Downtime". Tula and Garth were not cheating on Kaldur. PERIOD.

However, I'll leave it to each viewer's interpretation as to whether or not either Tula, Garth or both KNEW that Kaldur had feelings for Tula. Maybe one or both did know that, maybe they didn't. But Tula never had romantic feelings for Kaldur. I don't see - even if she was aware of his crush - how she could be expected not to date the boy she did have feelings for when the boy she didn't have feelings for never even expressed those feelings.

I just read a recent answer in which you said "Owen is asexual", but in some answers archived on this site from years ago, you said that he was dating a woman offscreen (saying "She's human and, no, you haven't met her yet"). Did you change your mind between then and now, or forget what you had said before? (as you have a lot of information in your mind and it would be easy to lose track of one detail)

Greg responds...

You seem to assume these things are mutually exclusive.

I have some New Olympian-related questions.

If the New Olympian character Boreas bears some resemblance to Zeus in terms of appearance and role...

a. ....then which actual Olympian in Greek mythology would Boreas' sons (Kalais and Xetes) bear resemblance to?

b. ....are there other New Olympians (other than the ones seen on the Gargoyles cartoon) that bear any resemblance to the actual Olympians of Greek Mythology, and if so, what are their names (if they don't have any)?

Greg responds...

a. Boreas.

b. No Spoilers.
