I'm confused about something. If in th Avalon Clan, there are three gargoyle beasts one is Boudicca, and there 2 more, one female and one male, if the male and female beasts are probably mates, shouldn't they have had a child together, seeing as gargoyle beast can mate one generation before gargoyles?

Greg responds...

Who said they didn't?

1. did Molly really love Rory? if so, was it in a romantic way or only friendship? is Banshee sad that her relationship with Rory is over?

2. did Cuchullin have much contact with the Irish Clan or just with the Hound of Ulster?

3. is Bronx the Hound of Ulster reborn or just similar to the Great Beast?

Greg responds...

1. Not that she was aware of.

2. What era are we discussing?

3. That hasn't been established.

looking over the 2198 contest, I saw this frase wich caught my attention: "Fu-Dog is a gargoyle beast bred by the Xanadu Clan in China", it only caught my attention because I've seen in the comment room that there's a gargoyle clan that breeds garg beast, so my questions are:
1) Does the Xanadu Clan breed gargoyle beasts?
2) If they do, is there a specific reason for it, what I mean is do they have a specific job for those gargoyle beasts?
3) or is it that they have by chance a large number of gargoyle beasts?
Thank you for hearing me out

Greg responds...

1. Yes.

2. They are protecting that species from extinction. And training them as companions and guardians.

3. Not by chance.

would the English garg beasts also resemble creatures of heraldy?

would they be different animals or also Unicorns, Griffons and Lions?

do you have a good idea what the English beast look like?

Greg responds...

Nope. Same as before, I don't want to tie an artist's hands in advance.

at any time in history, lets say 0AD to 2200AD, were there ever wild garg beasts or packs of wild garg beasts running around somewhere? i mean like garg beast that were not attached to a clan of gargoyles, just on their own, or have beast always been domesticated pets of gargoyles?

Greg responds...

By Zero AD they were domesticated.

Was the first hound of Ulster a gar-beast?

Has the Banshee/Molly seen the Wizard of Oz and did she like it?

Greg responds...

1. Yes. Unless you mean Cu Chullain himself.

2. Who wouldn't?

4. what was causing the rookery to glow? was it that grenn smily stuff?

5. do all gargoyle eggs look like each other among the different clans? would a wise gargoyle be able to tell the difference between a London garg egg and a Guatemalan garg egg for instance?

ok, thanx to Vash for poinmting out to me that there are THREE beasts on Avalon (or so you said). theres Boudicca, another female, and a male. but i don't know if that makes sense because you just told me there wasn't two females... this is really confusing, so:

1. out of the 36 eggs taken to Avalon, how many of them were beasts?

2. what are the genders of these beasts? how many male, how many female?

Greg responds...

I told you there weren't ONLY two females.

1. THREE including Boudicca.

2. Two females including Boudicca. One male.
