@Anonymous No, there are 20 episodes and Intervention is only episode 18 (according to TV.com).

FYI - for those who added Greg's book to their Amazon wish list, there is a cover photo!

Haven't been here in a while and decided to stop by to see what's new within the fandom.

Greg Weisman has a book coming? NICE. :D

I just wondered if there are people in the Garguniverse who are allergic to Gargs. xD And Gargs who are allergic to humans. In the literal sense, of course.

Anthony> Honestly, I'd like to believe Amazon's date (despite my annoyance at the delay). Every time there's been an update for Legacy, the testing status has been listed as (pre-)alpha. If they haven't even gone into full beta testing yet, they'd have to seriously motor with a LOT of testers in order to thoroughly debug the game in about six weeks. As Shigeru Miyamoto once said, "A delayed game is eventually good, but a rushed game is forever bad."

Beyond the official site and the Facebook page, there's also a twitter here: http://twitter.com/youngjusticevg . I'd keep an eye on that as well for any possible official announcement.

1) I have an awesome birthday/Valentine's Day. I hope everyone's day was as great as mine.

2) Greg rambled about "Young Justice Vol. 3: Creature Features". Here's the link on Amazon if your comic book store doesn't have it. http://www.amazon.com/Young-Justice-Vol-Creature-Features/dp/1401238548/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1360905953&sr=8-1&keywords=young+justice+vol+3

3) Speaking of Amazon, they HAD a release date for "Young Justice: Legacy" video game of 3/31/2013. Currently, the date on their site is 9/30/2013. IGN still says Q1 2013, so I'm still hopeful, but Amazon is rarely wrong. I tweeted Brandon and unfortunately he didn't have an information on a definite release date. @BrandonVietti

Phil> I may jsut have to pick up your book along with Gregs!

Congrats to both of you! :)

I did it! I watched all 485 Best picture nominees in 365 days!

Congratulations to Greg W on his book deal!! I've recently published a book (available on Amazon, click my name) and I know how exciting it is.

Spider-Man and Young Justice are fun, but nothing beats Greg's original work (ie Gargoyles). I expect Rain of the Ghosts to be just as good, whatever it is.

Obviously you'll need to bum a ride from the Phoenix to know more.

Well I'm really excited for Greg that he's publishing a book, but...what's it all about? Can we get a blurb?

Redhawk: I have not been to a Disney theme park in over 25 years, so, no, i personally have not. That said, from a Disney store (retail store in the mall) I've bought a couple Gargoyle things (notably a tshirt and a little toy) when i've seen them in the past way back in the day.

Already pre-ordered on Amazon.com. Let's just hope Greg gets at least as far as a third book.

My congratulations also to Greg. Since I'm a fan of his writing in multiple formats, I'm excited I now have a chance to read a novel by him.

My question was tacked onto the end of last week and perhaps not many people saw it or maybe it didn't elicit a response, but I'll ask again. Has anyone ever seen or bought any Gargoyles merchandise from a Disney Theme Park anywhere in the world since the show began in 1994 up until now?

Redhawk

Congratulations, Greg! I'll keep an eye out for it when it's published (and thanks for telling us when that'll be, so we'll know what date to count down to).
I remember hearing a bit about "Rain of the Ghosts" - though little more than the name - as one of the radio plays at the Gatherings. Evidently it was something that Greg came up with on his own rather than a project he was placed in charge of, as "Gargoyles", "The Spectacular Spider-Man", and "Young Justice" all were, or else he wouldn't be able to turn it into a novel.
I'm hoping to get a book I've written published some day, preferably soon, though unfortunately I won't be able to recommend it to Greg, since it makes use of several real-world legends, particularly Arthurian, and he's mentioned in the past that he's steering clear of modern treatments of such things in order to avoid contaminating his vision of them. "Gargoyles" fans might like it, though, since it does use a few of the same legends and concepts that got into "Gargoyles" (including time travel, which is handled in the same kind of "history is immutable" fashion as "Gargoyles" used).

Greg W -- congrats on the book. (i'm sure it was a heck of a lot of work to write and get through the process for publication, etc). I'm looking forward to checking it out.

Yeah. I'm looking forward to reading it. Even though I'll admit that I have no idea what it is about. Anyone know? Anyway, kudos, Greg!
Rain of the Ghosts (and he's planning on making it a series?!)
-- this news just made my whole month -- already added the book to my Amazon wishlist! :)

Tony -- no plans for Valentine's Day myself, but the day's also my parent's anniversary, so the family's got something cookin' d:

I think my boyfriend and I are just going to get some Chinese take out and watch tv. Valentine's Day is the most silly of the major holidays.

I doubt Elisa and Goliath would change their behavior for Valentine's, though Elisa might think about it.
I can easily see Broadway and Angela getting into it though.

Anthony: My girlfriend works at Disneyland, so I'll be taking a train to Anaheim and hanging out with her there for Thursday-Friday. Managed to find a pretty cheap hotel room; $50 bucks for one night, and only a block away from the park.

Definitely looking forward to it.

Anyone got any exciting Valentine's Day plans? My girlfriend is cooking a birthday dinner for me, but since it's also Valentine's Day I feel guilty, so we'll probably make something together like pierogies from scratch. Last year she made me stuffed peppers which were quite good and I didn't feel guilty because she made them for her kids too. :)

I wonder if Elisa would have given Goliath a valentine card. I also wonder if it's a holiday that Broadway and Angela observed. What do you all think?
