Video and images taken with a Panasonic PV-GS12 MiniDV
camcorder.

Ditial picture taking capabilities seem to have been added
on as an afterthought and thus the quality of the images
is not very good.

Videos are in Windows Media 9 (.wmv) or XviD 1.01 with mp3 
audio tracks (.avi). 

Your Windows Media Player should automatically download the 
needed codecs to play the WMV files. 

Those interested in plaing the AVIs can find the necessary
codecs and player in the utilities folder. Good luck with
that. I'd have used OGG, but I didn't want to push my luck.
