Brainiac> Thanks for the link and for the warning, but I'm feeling brave. :)

KingCobra582> It's at the midpoint of his Haunted Mansion review. It may cause you to run screaming into the night as it did me; you have been warned.

"It has been said that astronomy is a humbling and character-building experience. There is perhaps no better demonstration of the folly of human conceits than this distant image of our tiny world. To me, it underscores our responsibility to deal more kindly with one another, and to preserve and cherish the pale blue dot, the only home we've ever known."

GV> "On a more positive note, Greg you should definitely watch that Nostalgia Critic's sketch about a Gargoyles Movie if you haven't already. It is truly a sight to behold."

Huh. I frequent that site a lot and don't recall ever seeing that. The only Gargoyles thing I've seen him do was a review of the show. Link to the movie sketch, please? :)

KingCobra582 - [KingCobra582 at gmail dot com]

I knew it... ;)

oh and I like this small annotation from Greg's latest interview with Kelly Smith:
"3. I drive a stick-shift by choice."

just when you thought Greg couldn't get any more awesome, he proves you wrong :)

Sad to hear that. Let's hope for the future then.

There is no announcement about the comic. What I said in the panel is that I haven't stopped talking to people about doing the comic. What I also said was that I'd LOVE to be able to say that we have a deal in place to do more comics. What I also said was that we don't. Wish I had better news, believe me.
Greg Weisman

If the news of new Comics is true, I'm over the moon! But, I won't hold my breath... until there is an official announcement, or word from Greg himself... I'll be cautiously optimistic. Let's hope.

That is all I will say.

I'm kind of confused...
Didn't Greg say he would refrain from announcing anything until it's officially OFFICIAL?

The Four Horsemen comic is a weird surprise though... O_o

We are assembled here today to pay final respects to our honored dead. And yet it should be noted that in the midst of our sorrow, this death takes place in the shadow of new life, the sunrise of a new world; a world that our beloved comrade gave his life to protect and nourish. He did not feel this sacrifice a vain or empty one, and we will not debate his profound wisdom at these proceedings. Of my friend, I can only say this: of all the souls I have encountered in my travels, his was the most... human.

Phoenician> I did. Several people in here can verify my reaction of running screaming into the night.

Greg did say a while ago that more Garg comics were in the talks and that it was looking hopeful. Him mentioning a classified comic after that certain question makes it seems very plausible that it could be Gargoyles related.

I'd also like the Adventure scans. ;))))

Geektyrant Interview: Woah. ". . . currently developing a comic book series for the franchise that has yet to be officially announced."

Well, nothing official yet, so I really don't want to speculate (or more accurately, am aware that I shouldn't, lol), but man, that is exciting to think about :)

Well, a couple of interesting tidbits in this article:

Greg Bishansky

GV: I'm pretty sure I have all the comics saved on my computer somewhere. I'll check and get back to you.

If it's not a problem I would like to ask for a bit of help on something.

Some days ago I was browsing the Wiki and found out that there were some older Gargoyles comics published on Disney Adventures. The Wiki also had a link to the Avalon Archives where one could see the scans, but it seems that the site is no longer online.
I managed to recover some of these scans using the Wayback Machine but several parts are still missing as they were not archived.

So I was wondering if anybody here saved those scans before the Archives went down. Sure, those comics are not canon and neither are very special, but they're still kind of part of the Gargoyles franchise. Seems sad to have them lost.
I supposed that this was probably the best place to ask such a question.

Good point - though some history books still give Egbert that hnnor. (The ones that don't assume English history began in 1066, that is.)

The documentary I watched recently about the British monarchy called Alfred the first king.

MASTERDRAMON - I have completely forgotten the results of the conversation I once had with you about the nature of the avatar you'd use in gargs fandom, and now I need to know for reasons. Can you, pretty please with an applebloom on top, drop me an email at Lynati_1@hotmail.com so I can resolve my curiosity on this manner? (and also for reasons.)
