1. Haven't thought about it.
2. Gorlois and Ygraine thought they were her biological parents. Uther was her step-father.
3. Gorlois and Ygraine were her biological parents.

2. Again, your premise sounds faulty. But, no, Bronx did not sire pups off two separate beasts.
