1. As in what is the hawk couples favorite activity as a couple
2.does the hawk couple get frisky
3. And what is their favorite sexual activities since they are a couple ( this is a clarifying version of my previous question.)
1. I don't know. Honestly, we haven't spent enough time with them for me to think that deeply about their off hours.
2. Yes.
3. I'll leave that to your imagination.
Hi, I loved Catwoman: Hunted and wanted to ask a little about what separates it from YJ/Earth-16. You've said it's cannon adjascent, like the Green Arrow short.
There are more obvious disconnects between YJ and GA, most notably at the end of the short Vertigo reveals himself and is captured, which conflicts with him having diplomatic immunity in Coldhearted. The differences in CH, at least based on what we know of Earth-16 so far, are more minor and seem like they could be easily explained.
Similarly, while GA has a more similar visual style to YJ than the anime CH, the designs from CH feel much closer to YJ than GA does. To me CH's Batwoman and Cheshire look very much like YJ's Batwoman and Cheshire drawn by a different artist, but GA's Green Arrow and Vertigo look like a very different Arrow and Vertigo drawn by the same artist as YJ's Arrow. So to me CH actually fits with YJ better.
Heck, CH even has a 16 gag - the assassin Catwoman and Batwoman compete over on the Eiffel tower would be #16 for either of them.
So that leads me to ask:
1) Are there specific things that set CH apart from YJ/Earth-16? If so, what are they?
2) Do you have an Earth-16 version of events in mind?
3) When does the Earth-16 version of CH take place?
4) Would an Earth-16 version add significant YJ characters, like you said the YJ version of the GA short would involve Artemis and Red Arrow?
1. Unfortunately, I can't remember any off the top of my head. I wanted to make Cw:H as close to Earth-16 as possible, but I couldn't get too orthodox about it. So there are probably a few things here or there that might not quite sqaure.
2. It's basically the same set of events.
3. I haven't placed it on the timeline... and maybe that's where it goes a tad south. It might have a few timeline problems fitting in. But nothing that I couldn't figure out. I basically figured out how to fit in the Green Arrow short in Young Justice: Targets.
4. Ultimately, the YJ version of the GA short (in Targets) did involve Red Arrow in a kind of prequel story, and Artemis in a kind of sequel story - but the basic airport story of the short didn't require either. I'd try to make due with the many, many characters already in Cw:H, I imagine.
Have you ever made a "cameo" in anything you've worked on? So for example, a background character resembling you walking in the backshot of a scene, or anything of the sort.
Yep. I'm in The Spectacular Spider-Man, in the opening titles, alongside Vic Cook. And they also used that model to play a truck driver in an episode. This wasn't my call. I think our character designer, Sean "Cheeks" Galloway, was being, well, cheeky.
Of course, I've also voiced small roles in a number of my series. I was a commando in Gargoyles, Donald Menken in The Spectacular Spider-Man, Hide and an unhoused man in 3x3 Eyes, and Lucas "Snapper" Carr, Ultra-Humanite and Lobo's Belt in Young Justice. Oh, and I was Opie in Rain of the Ghosts. There are probably a few more examples, too, that just aren't coming to mind at the moment.
Could Lexington carry Goliath while gliding?
I doubt it. Especially if he was dead weight.
Hey Greg, been a fan of your work a long time! Just one thing I'm curious about-
Halo didn't explore being a Muslim until s4, and explicitly said they weren't Muslim in s3. So why is Halo considered Muslim rep in s3? I just don't get what all the arguing is about if Halo wasn't Muslim at all!
I'm not sure why you're asking me, honestly. I can't take responsibility for the entire internet.
I assume the hijab they continued to wear had something to do with it, but Halo was a new entity and their residual Gabrielleness made them feel more comfortable wearing it than not. And as Madia told them in S4, it's fine for Violet to continue wearing it while they are in the process of making up their mind.
Hi Greg, how are you? i wanted to ask some other things about Spectacular Spider-Man, (sorry if it is too spoilery) But it got me curious about how would you like to aproach certain specific things on the design of our protagonist.
1. Did you have any plans of changing Peter Parker design as he grew older? or he would be wearing the same blue and grey shirts? i ask this because you mentioned one time that you did have some specifc plan for his design eventually.
2. I saw the picture of peter's parentes in the show, and
realized that Peter looks a LOT like his dad, would he eventually look more like him as he grown?
3. The design of your Peter in the show is one of my favorites of all Peter Parker's, at the same time he looks geeky, he also looks like a normal teen and don't come as the steryotype nerd, and i wonder if the design of him before he was spider-man(him with glasses and button shirt) was purposeful to shown peter was like Stan/Ditko Peter, more with a "square" look and after the spider bite he become more confident to wear more "cool clothes" (kinda like Romita Peter), or did he just starts wearing the blue/grey shirts to hide his spider-man suit?
0. I'm good. Thanks for asking.
1. My only plan to change his design - within the five seasons we were originally supposed to spend with him - was that on the last episode of season five, i.e. episode 65, just before everyone was going to walk down the aisle to get their diplomas, Gwen would tuck his shirt tag down into his shirt. What we did with his design as he got beyond high school is hard to say, since we never even completed his junior year at M-cubed.
2. He wouldn't look less.
3. All of the above.
Before the breakup did Queen Perdita ever saw a picture of Garfield Logan before his hair and skin turned green?
I'm sure she did at some point.
1. How close are Superboy and Black Canary? Do they share a somewhat familial bond and are they still close by season 4?
2. Has Garth moved on from losing Tula or is he still struggling to move on like Artemis did?
3. When exactly did Cyborg join the Justice League and how long was he with the Outsiders before joining the League?
4. When did Conner and Megan graduate and move in together? Year and day please.
1. They're close. But, familial... no. I wouldn't think so. She's a friend and mentor.
2. I'm not sure what you mean by "moved on". I'm not sure I love that phrase. I'm sure he has good days and bad days.
3. Cyborg joined the Justice League in December of Team Year Nine. He joined the Outsiders in January of that same year.
4. They graduated high school in June, Team Year Two. I don't have a specific date. They graduated college in Team Year Six, but because of the Invasion, they may have graduated late. I don't have a specific date. Sometime after graduating, they moved in to the apartment above Lucas Carr's garage. Again, I don't have a specific date, but they were already living there together by July 29, Team Year Eight.
The thing that has always most impressed me about your shows is the meticulous planning that goes into them early on. The little, seemingly innocuous threads that you drop only to pick up seasons later (eg. The kids on the bus in Young Justice).
My question is, what is the biggest event (released to date, no spoilers ð) across any of your shows that was completely spontaneous, and not planned out from the beginning? Or else something that had to be changed drastically at the last minute from the original plan?
Oh, probably Puck. We knew early on that there was something interesting about Owen, but we didn't know what it was. Then, while writing the script to "The Mirror," we (i.e. myself and - separately - Brynne Chandler Reaves and Lydia C. Marano) realized that Owen was Puck. Of course, at THAT point, we began planting seeds for the ultimate reveal way down the road. But we didn't have it when we started Season One - or even when we started Season Two. Or even when we first decided to introduce Puck. Fortunately, it came to us in time to still make us look like we'd planned it all along.
Hello Mr.Weisman
How did bane almost defeat batman in hand to hand combat? Shouldn't batman be more skilled and experienced (If not stronger) than bane? Was he holding back or he is just getting older and is not as good as he used to be?
And sorry about the grammatical mistakes, I am not a native English speaker.
Why would you think that Batman would be more skilled and experienced than Bane? They have parallel backgrounds, and Bane's been literally fighting for his life since early childhood, i.e. years before Bruce started training in earnest.
