A few questions about the Irish kings in Gargoyles.
1. Do the reigns according to the Annals of the Four Masters or Foras Feasa ar Ãirinn hold?
2. Tamar Tea Tephi is said to have come to Ireland in 585 BC and married the reigning king, Eochaid. However, in the Annals of the Four Masters, no Eochaid reigned, and in the Foras Feasa ar Ãirinn, an Eochaid mac Ailella only reigned from 577 to 570 BC. How are they related?
3. When Cu Chullain smashed the Stone of Destiny because it hadn't recognized Lugaid Red-Stripe as king, it must have happened in 33 BC, since that's when Lugaid's reign began in both annals.
4. Is Fergus really a descendant of Eremon, as well as of Eochaid and Lugaid?
