I imagine the London Clan must be pretty well of financially. After all, they're capable of supporting almost 200 gargoyles. It could be that they're somewhat self sufficient, but I'm guessing they'd still need to purchase some items they can't gather, grow, or build themselves. Given its proximity to London, Knight's Spur probably isn't enough of a secret for the clan to avoid having to pay taxes on it. It's possible that the long lives of gargoyles and the fact that generations usually occupy the same home for centuries, the clan may also be able to employ the Xanatos scheme of hanging onto worhtless items that can be sold for a considerable amount of money centuries later.
