Yes, taking the entire week to get to "tenth" is troubling, but I think that most of us today just no longer have enough time to visit the comment room. Too many other competing responsibilities, perhaps.

So on this day, the ninth day of the ninth month I turn 29. Good Lord, where does time go?

September used to be the SEVENTH month of the year, on the old Roman calendar, as its name implies, but when they changed the year's beginning from March to January, nobody bothered changing the name. And by now, calling this month "November" and October "December" just wouldn't feel right.

C'mon Matt, you could have at least wished everyone a Happy Labor day on this particular date in September.
As for me, I actually had a whole plan for utilizing that, but since you've scooped me as Kevin scooped you...I'll take the quotes into a different Zone.
"There is a fifth dimension, beyond that which is known to man. It is a dimension as vast as space and as timeless as infinity. It is the middle ground between light and shadow, between science and superstition and it lies between the pit of man's fears and the summit of his knowledge. This is the dimension of imagination. It is an area we call The Twilight Zone." ~ The inimitable Rod Serling
