The incredible cast is, of course, a mixture of seasoned professionals intermixed with fans. But among the latter category, there was one that suddenly stood out to me when rewatching for the first time in years.

Looking at the player taking on the roles of Gwen Stacy and Angela, I suddenly said, "Hold the phone. I think I recognize that face. And I definitely think I recognize that voice." I double checked the cast list on GargWiki, and sure enough...

Sarah Anne Williams has been on my radar since I first watched the dub of "Puella Magi Madoka Magica" in 2013, and is one of my favorite actresses currently working at Bang Zoom! Studios. Her voice has a unique quality to it that's snagged her roles in a number of high-profile anime in the past several years.

Dunno about you folks, but it warmed my heart greatly to (belatedly) realize that "one of our own" got to go on to such success in her chosen industry.

And yeah, if I ever see Ms. Williams at a con there's no WAY I'm not gonna bring up that she's apparently a "Gargoyles" fan. :P
