Hey you guys, why does the Gargoyles Wiki look so terrible? Every time I navigate there for more than 5 minutes, I'm stuck with a vomitous taste in my mouth.

Oh man, I almost missed a birthday, Happy Birthday Greg B!

As for the new Ducktales, here's hoping the next season focuses less on Dewey.

BISHANSKY - Thanks. I'd been wondering about it.

Favorite tidbit in today's "Ducktales": the technical term for Gyro's device which
gives Donald the ability to speak in a regular voice
included the adjective "Barksian". A great tribute to the man whose work made "Ducktales" (both versions) possible.

Thank you, Spen!

Thank you, Todd!

Oh, and Todd... your chapter hasn't been forgotten. Life has been hectic for months, I haven't even been able to do much of my own writing. But I'll be giving what you sent me a read soon, I promise.

Greg Bishansky

Happy birthday, Bishansky!

How very.

Macbeth's downfall in "City of Stone" does seem like a good twist on his downfall in the play; instead of being defeated by the approach of "living trees", he was defeated by the departure of "living statues".

One tidbit that yesterday's calendar entry mentioned, by the way, about the difference between the Macbeth of history and of Shakespeare: Macbeth's defeat at Dunsinane, where he goes down in the play (and which involved the march of Birnam Wood), was actually three years before his last stand. (Greg Weisman once mentioned they considered an adaptation of the Birnam Wood scene in "City of Stone", by the way, but there wasn't room for it.)

As long as Macbeth's forces could hold out until nightfall, they would be fine.

So I don't know if this has been posted yet, but there have been some short profiles released on some of the new characters for Outsiders. Mostly little tidbits on their personalities, nothing huge.
They have also released a cast list on who will be playing which character though: like Jason Spisak will be playing Forager, Zehra Fazal as Halo and Troy Baker as Geo-Force

Thanks for archiving that site, I really wanted to see that stuff.

Macbeth was such a cool character in the show.

Keep in mind that Luach was also away at the time gathering re-inforcements... presumably, he didn't go alone and took some of their forces.
Greg Bishansky

True, but I wonder how much help Demona would have been to him even if she hadn't betrayed him. Canmore would have had plenty of hours of daylight anyway, I would think.

PAUL> Well... He did lose.

Nice. It's good to have exact dates as well as years.

It's interesting that Macbeth's defense against Canmore was dependent on creatures who spend more than half of the day asleep at this time of year.

The "This Day in History" desk calendar gave for today Canmore's victory over Macbeth in 1057.

@Algernon It was fun back in the day though I didnt contribute much to it. Thanks. Im just archiving it cleaning up there messy site. I dont know if I would ever be part of a fan run thing agian though its so much work.

I forgot this room was here. I've been involved in the voltron fandom for awhile but it makes me miss the gargoyles fandom due to all the projects everyone came up with to keep the fandom going for so long, and the love all the fans had for eachother. Voltron fans are brutal attacking the creators. I dont think anyone ever fully went crazy on greg wiesman but im sure he has seen some things over the decade.

Which brings me to this. Recently I was contacted by a few of these guys who want me to update and archive the art from this old website. They were talking about possibly getting it going again.

Toodles. http://randombacon.com/gargs/

Sixth!

And for the record, I welcome YJO discussion in lieu of any thing more garg specific to natter about.

Fun fact: the comic version of DC's Outsiders (which YJO seems to be loosely inspired by) once fought a supervillian team named, I kid you not...

Fifth!

Going to have to keep an eye out for the Gargoyles Funko figures.

Everyone go foUrth and discuss YJO! Or collect Gargoyles ephemera. Actually, why not both?

There is balance in all things. Live in symmetry with the world around you. If you must blow things up and steal from those around you, THAT'S WHAT RPGS ARE FOR!

How's everyone's Funko Pop collection/hunt going?

So far I've found Goliath, Brooklyn, Broadway, Stone Hudson and Bronx 2 pack and Stone Demona. I hope to find the others very soon. Other than FYE, I've gotten most of them at Hot Topic.

I feel like the Hunter. The only good gargoyle is a Funko Pop gargoyle! Should we start tweeting #Save Gargoyles similar to the #Save Clone Wars hashtag?

Deplorable and loving it!

So from what I got from the chat is that YJ conversations or at least speculation isn't off limits. At the very least I'll wait for awhile or at least until I notice something new.
