Hi Greg, first I'd like to say that you are doing a FANTASTIC job with young justice, and I don't say that about every show. But I would like to ask a few questions just clear up my confusion if you don't mind.
1. In young justice, is Hawkwoman the same as hawkgirl? I know that in young justice she's supposed to be hawkwoman, and so if they aren't the same, is it possible that hawkgirl could be a side-kick of hawkwoman? (sorry if it's a spoiler request)
2. When I first saw the Justice League movie, the one where all of the super heroes come together for the first time, Matian Manhunter and stated that he was the last of his kind and he came to Earth to warn everyone about the invaders, who killed his people, that they were coming for Earth. So how is it possible that Miss Martian could be alive, and her sisters that she said she has in episode 6, when the Martian race had been whipped out? (except for Martian Manhunter of course)
3. When you add team members to the team, is it possible for you to be able to make your own character, or does it have to be one that already exists in DC Universe?
4. How come Black Canary doesn't have a side-kick?

1. On Earth-16, there is no Hawkgirl. Only Hawkwoman.
2. Totally different continuity. We're not in continuity with any previous movie or series or comic book - EXCEPT our companion comic book.
3. Anything's possible.

2.In “Denialâ€, the witch boy claimed that Wally had zero affinity for Magic. How was his body compatible with The Helmet, then? Can you please elaborate on this?
3.In “Targetsâ€, Cheshire was arrested and locked up. She then escaped, forcing Red Arrow to pursue. During this pursuit, Cheshire was seen using weapons. Shouldn’t the police check her person for any weapons before locking her up?
4.Is Superman the only league member who knows Batman’s secret identity?
5.In “Schooledâ€, why is Superboy wearing a helmet while riding his motorcycle? I thought he was indestructible.

1. No. Miss Martian did it, while Superboy initially had Sportsmaster's attention.
2. Don't take Klarion, of all "people", too literally.
3. These were provided by Sportsmaster, post-escape.
4. No.
5. He was undercover. And there are helmet laws.

hi greg so the new episode of young justice was on the 16th of september right? so i dont live in america and i dont know if it was episode 11 or not. i was wondering if you knew. i love the show i have been watching it for like only a week and i am hooked. (get most of the episode on youtube XD. big Robin fan) if you do know could you help me out here? thanks Kric

The episode SET on September 16th was the eleventh episode, if that's what you're asking. If you're asking me about an episode that AIRED on September 16th in your country, I have no way of knowing...

It's done, but there was a decision not to release issue 2 until issue 3 was done and we could be 100% confident that there would be no more delays between issues.

First of all, thank you for making such an entertaining show in the form of Young Justice. I, for one, can’t wait for the new episodes.
I’d also like to thank you for your interpretation of Batman and Robin (they’re very Golden Age but modernized). I like that Dick is a cheerful little dude with an attitude, and that Batman isn’t a jerk to him (a much committed sin of comic writers ever since the Nineties so this really feels like a breath of fresh air).
So here’s my question (I checked the FAQ and Ask Greg with search so I hope I haven’t missed anything): In the DCU Dick Grayson has Romani heritage (his father is Romani). I understand that this is a later expansion on Dick’s circus past and only showed up in full force in later issues of the Nightwing comic, but I was wondering whether YJ!Dick also has Romani heritage. I’ve always been fond of the idea of a iconic character like Robin being partly Romani.
I hope this isn’t a spoiler request! I wouldn’t have asked this but you seemed to have no problem with revealing the information that Artemis Crock is half Vietnamese, so I gave it a try.
Also, I wonder how old Oliver Queen is in Young Justice. Usually he's one of the older Justice League members so I was curious about your interpretation.

Hey!First off i wanna say that Young Justice is amazing and your all doing a great job.But i have some questions:
1.Is Artemis ambidextrous?It was shown that she can use her bow with her left and right hand.If yes,is she naturally ambidextrous or is there a reason?
2.Is there a reason that Artemis was chosen to be Vietnamese?If there is a reason and it is not a spoiler request,what is the reason?
3.When "worlds finest" asked you why the fans should buy Young Justice #7 you said that Artemis's secrets will be revealed in YJ #7 "AND ONLY IN YOUNG JUSTICE #7!!" so won't they be revealed on the show?
4. How long was Speedy working with Green Arrow before he quit?

1. Uh, sure. Probably trained to be able to use either hand.
2. Her mother is Vietnamese. She and her sister are half-Vietnamese.
3. Everything you NEED to know to enjoy the television series is in the television series. Everything you NEED to know to enjoy the comic book series is in the comic book series. But there's no doubt you'll enjoy BOTH more if you follow both.
