Why does the jersey Artemis wear have the number 13 on it? Kinda seems like the perfect opportunity for a 16 easter egg, was wondering if there was any reason it /wasn’t/ 16

I think the main reason was that the artist designed it with a 13, and no one caught it until it was too late to change. I've thought about changing it since, but continuity is continuity.
