Thanks for answering my earlier questions.
In a previous response to my question, you mentioned most of the police members of the gargoyles task force are from the 23rd precint. 1)Is this coincidence or by choice?
2)If a future issue of the comic will deal with this question, please ignore it: Aside from Matt Bluestone's membership in the society, were there any other factors that led to him being put in charge of the gargoyles task force?
