Was the animated film Justice League vs. the Fatal Five a source of inspiration for Young Justice: Phantoms? I ask because I was present at the WonderCon 2019 panel (when "Influence" was screened to the crowd) and I remember that a JL vs. FF trailer was shown during the panel as well. Fast forward to 2021 and 2022, and we have a fourth season of YJ which features a "time sphere" like the one seen in Justice League vs. the Fatal Five. And the Emerald Empress's Eye of Ekron was seen briefly in season 4 episode 20, no less. Is all of this just a co-incidence, or did that film provide some inspiration for yourself and Brandon Vietti? By the way, I love the fact that Dynamic Music Partners worked on both projects!
I'm rereading the Gargoyles SLG comics (after having done a rewatch of the TV series). While reading the comics, I try to "hear" the actors' voices in my head saying the lines. One thing I wondered (and it doesn't appear that this has been asked before): when Robyn meets with Castaway in Bad Guys #3, do you envision that Castaway was using his Scottish accent, the affected English accent, or some combination thereof? I have my own theory, but am curious as to your intent (especially since, during the scene, he claims to no longer be Jonny Canmore).
While I'm here, I'll just add that I've always particularly loved this issue, from the depth that you gave to Robyn and her relationships with her siblings, to Christopher Jones's amazing artwork (especially the stunning sequence with Demona and the tumbling skulls). It's really a largely action-free issue, and very character-driven in a terrific way. So, thanks for the great work.
In The Gargoyles universe, what is the name of Maria Chavez's husband?
Hi! I was rewatching Young Justice and I haven´t been able to get this question out of my head.
1) What are Nightwing's, Rocket's and Zatanna's day jobs?
We´ve seen what the rest of the Year 0 Team works with but the only other job that was shown was Nightwing's solo performance with Haly's Circus. Are those 3 full-time heroes who only work with the Team/League or do they have jobs as civilians?
PS: I just wanted to say that Season 4 has been amazing so far. Season 1 will forever hold a special place in my heart, but Season 4 is definetely my second favorite and I've been streaming it non-stop. The cast and the crew really outdid themselves and I'm excited for the season finale.
Thank you so much for your time!
In Young Justice, did Bruce Wayne train with Zatarra during his journey to becoming Batman?
Hello
1-Can a martian change their chemical composition by shape shifting?
2-If a martian turn into a stone wall, would he turn into stone itself or its his appearance that changes? And would he gain stone hardness?
3-What abilities mcomm gain by turning into malfaak animal? Other than tentacles and sharp teeth I mean.
4-Does martian Telekinesis works similar to avatar the last Airbender? Can they turn earth to lava and water to ice? Can they bend and control fire?
5-you said that Martians healing factor is a bit faster than human but shouldn't shape shifting make their healing factor tremendously stronger than human? We've seen miss martian growing additional arms so I her real arm was served she could easily grow another one and similarly they can heal from any injury almost instantly.
1 Does the light have any other rules besides the rules ultra humanite mentioned to gretchen
2 Since gretchen was a member of the light how was she unaware of its traditions that ultra humanite mentioned
In many retellings of how Jason Todd died, his mom Sheila Haywood often gets left out. Do you know why this is?
I feel like a lot of nuance in Jason's character and murder is lost when Sheila is removed from the narrative. Him dying while trying to save the mom that betrayed him added so much depth and sadness to his character that I feel is lost when she isn't a part of the story.
I'm not asking if she exists on Earth-16 or was there when Joker killed Jason because I know that would probably be a spoiler (though I am curious how YJ will handle Red Hood!) I just want to know if you know the reason Sheila is barely in any adaptions of Jason's murder? Is it just to make the story less complicated?
I just find it frustrating when writers and fans alike blame Jason for his own murder by saying he was too reckless and angry and didn't follow orders when he actually died a hero trying to save someone.
Itâs me again !!
I meant S4E22, sorry
Hey Greg !
